Attendance in person is by personal invitation only. Registration can only be effected if you have already received a personal invitation. A recording of the conference will be released after the event.

No interpreting services will be available. The conference will be held in English. Due to limited capacities it is not possible to bring your personal interpreter.

All registered conference participants can participate in the social events. Please get in touch with our conference team if accompanying persons are also interested in joining any social event. We will be happy to check on a case-by-case basis whether capacities for accompanying persons are available. We will get back to you on this as quickly as possible.

In this case please inform the conference team immediately. This will help us to allocate the limited number of places as efficiently as possible. Please also let us know if you and/or the person accompanying you are prevented from attending the social events at short notice.
